At 360CarCustoms.com, we realize that shopping online can feel a bit risky. However, the truth of the matter is that advances in secure server technology have made shopping online just as safe as using your credit card to shop around town or over the phone. Our goal is for you to feel as comfortable using your credit card at 360CarCustoms.com as you do everywhere else that you shop.
SHIPPING INFO We ship all items at our cost. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days after we receive the order. Unless noted below your shipping charges will be present on the item page as well as in your shopping cart.
Shipping Costs:
Due to the size of most of our body kit parts they must be shipped via Freight. We DO NOT mark up shipping costs on our products like other retailers. We charge our customers what we pay for shipping. In order to charge ACTUAL shipping and handling charges you will not see a shipping charge for body kit parts on your order. When we process your order we will obtain a shipping quote and contact you within 48 hours to confirm this charge. When attempting to confirm your shipping charge we will first contact you via email and then by phone. After two failed attempts to confirm your shipping charge your order will be processed. We have listed the range of S&H charges you can expect. If we do not receive confirmation you will not be charged more than the highest rate listed below.
Full Body Kits, Bumpers, Hoods, Side Skirts, and Bonnets – Maximum charge of $165 to lower 48 states.
Fenders and Rear Wings – Maximum charge of $75 to lower 48 states.
Scoops and Headlight covers – Maximum charge of $40 to lower 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders must be quoted from freight company prior to shipment, and will not be shipped until charges are confirmed via email or fax.
All other items will show the actual shipping charge on your order.
Damaged Shipment Policy
In some cases the shipper may damage an item or an entire package while in route to you. When receiving the item from the shipper please inspect all packages immediately while the delivery person is present. Do not sign the shippers bill until all the packages have been carefully inspected. If ANY damage is seen on the package, you will must write "DAMAGED" on the shippers bill and have the delivery person sign it. By signing the shippers bill you are transfering warranty from the shipper to yourself. In case the shipper wants to inspect the damaged shipment you must retain all original boxes and packaging. Call 360 Car Customs within 24 hours to file a claim request. If you fail to comply with this policy, we reserve the right to refuse your damaged claim request.
RETURN POLICY
At 360carcustoms.com we currently offer over 16,000 products for you to customize you car. These products are supplied by many different manufacturers who all have their own return policy and restocking fees. If you wish to return an item you must contact us within 5 days after receiving your product to request a return authorization number and instructions for the return. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Because we carry so many different brands, and so many different products we are not able to list all of the return requirements for each brand. All items must be returned in original packaging and customer pays for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel/return your order there will be a 25% restocking fee applied. The restocking fee may be less for some items. All returns MUST be authorized and approved by us. Any returns that are damaged during shipment back to us will be marked "damaged" and will not be issued a refund. It is advised that you insure the items you are returning back to us for the full amount in case they are damaged in shipment. You will then need to file a claim with your shipper to recoupe you costs. If you fail to comply with this return policy, the return shipment will be refused and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
TAX
No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Arkansas, US. We are required to charge 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Arkansas, US only.
